WinPOPT
and POPT are a set of programs written in MATLAB that can be used for
optimization of nonlinear mixed effects models. They have been specifically
written with population PKPD models in mind.
WinPOPT
is a Windows based GUI to POPT. It also consists of a set of files written
in MATLAB that provide a GUI interface to POPT but may be run independently
of MATLAB.
WinPOPT has more than 80 users from 58
institutions from 16 countries around the world.

Due
to a lack of funding we are unable to continue development of this
software. Compiled and source code versions are available to download.
These will not be updated.
