WinPOPT
and POPT are a set of programs written in MATLAB that can be used for
optimization of nonlinear mixed effects models. They have been specifically
written with population PKPD models in mind.
WinPOPT is a windows based GUI to POPT. It also consists of a set
of files written in MATLAB that provide a GUI interface to POPT but may be
run independently of MATLAB.
WinPOPT has 74 users from 53 institutions from around the
world
